    Matt White

    Business Degree Advisor

Matt has been working at KPU since 2020, and has been a part of the MSB Dean’s office staff since day one. In fact, he began before the MSB existed and it was simply known as the School of Business at KPU. He enjoys having the opportunity to work so closely with students, and is always extremely content helping them through their academic challenges. Matt enjoys that no two student’s issues are identical, as it allows him to learn more and improve himself each day. It’s also a bonus to him that it keeps the work refreshing and non-monotonous.

While originally Matt had planned on teaching at the elementary level, he’s enjoyed his time working with post-secondary students so much he decided to change his plans and pursue advising. When meeting with students, Matt uses his own experiences in university to help provide informative sessions to students, in a fashion they find relatable.

    Sheri Browning

    Business Degree Advisor

Sheri has been with KPU since 2016, where she started as an Admissions Assistant. After working in Admissions you may have seen her at the front counter in Surrey as a Student Enrolment Specialist and then maybe in the Future Students Office as a Student Recruitment Coordinator.

Now you can find Sheri in her element – advising students! She is fortunate and happy to help students as a Degree Advisor for the Melville School of Business. She is excited to listen, plan and share the amazing experiences that students have while taking their programs here. She loves to see the passion and excitement students have for their classes, especially that point when all of their hard work and challenges have paid off – graduation!

When not advising you will find Sheri out in nature – walking, running or hiking with her dog or spending time with friends and family.
