Banner Downtime Notice

IT will be upgrading networking and storage systems affecting all KPU services starting at 6 PM on Saturday, November 9th with an anticipated downtime until 10 AM, November 10th. The work is being done to keep up to date on equipment software patches, retire out end-of-life equipment, and expand disk capacity.

 

What Does This Mean to Me?

 

All services relying on internet connectivity such as the KPU website, employee email, VPN and Citrix Workspace access, Banner, internet access, phone services and wireless access will not be available at times during this outage.

 

IT has made every effort to ensure that this maintenance operation is as short as possible and would like to thank you for your patience.
