Multimedia is everywhere in education today—from PowerPoint slides to flashy, interactive digital tools. Research shows that thoughtful design can support learning, but it’s not the magic solution that much of the literature suggests. Our studies explore when multimedia truly makes a difference in learning and how it fits within the broader educational context. This presentation invites you to take a fresh look at how design choices shape learning in the classroom.
