Every year, second-year KPU Brewing & Brewery Operations diploma students design, brew, analyze, package and sell their own signature beers as their capsone project. For 2023, a new signature beer will be released each Friday from Feb. 3-Mar. 24 (except Feb. 24 during reading break).
