KPU Int: Perfume Workshop

Join us for a perfume workshop where you can pick your favorite scent and turn it into a perfume. This workshop offers an interesting way to create a personal & meaningful fragrance. Each student can bring home a 50ml custom-made perfume.

The sale starts on March 17 at 10:00 a.m. This is a LIMITED SPOT event, and ticket purchase is REQUIRED. Please read all important details below:

Ticket Purchase and Mandatory Waiver Info:

• How much does the ticket cost?
  • $10 per student + GST
• Where do I purchase the ticket?
  • KPU Surrey, International office: Cedar Building, Room 1145, 12666 72 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 2M8
• When can I purchase the ticket?
  • Sales will be open from Mar 17 10:00 a.m. to Mar 20 11:30 a.m. (Sale may end early due to ticket availability)
  • The office is open Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., except statutory day closures. We are also closed during lunch break between 12-1p.m.( It's ideal that you come to purchase your ticket between 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
• How many tickets can I buy?
  • Limit of one ticket per student. Duplicates will be automatically cancelled with no refund. Non KPU students (e.g. friends or family) are not allowed at this event or to participate in this event.
• What payment methods are accepted?
  • Credit/Debit Card payments only. We are unable to accept cash payments.
• What are refund policies?
  • All tickets are FINAL SALE.  We only offer refunds if the event is canceled due to low attendance.
• Requirements for Ticket Purchase:
  • You must be an active KPU student (enrolled in Spring 2025 classes)
  • Present 2 pieces of ID:
    • KPU student ID Card
    • Government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
• Important!  Mandatory Waiver Information:
  •  KPU Liability Release and KPU Photo Waiver. All must be signed at the time of ticket purchase or in advance (see below) and brought to KPU points of sale.
    • If you are under 19 years of age, the special waiver and digital consent form must be signed by your parent or legal guardian PRIOR to purchasing the ticket and brought to the point of sale. You can print out the forms below and let your parent/legal guardian sign them and you can bring it to KPU International office to purchase your ticket.
      • Liability Release form (Adult) - to be signed by 19+ students only. 
      • Liability Release form (Minor) - to be signed by parent/legal guardian of the student under 19 years of age. 
      • Photo Waiver (Adult/Minor) - to be signed by 19+ student OR student's parent or legal guardian, if they are under 19 years of age
• Release of Liability: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) from any liability relating to injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. You acknowledge that attendance and participation in the event is voluntary and at your own risk.
•  Entry Policy: Entry will be denied to anyone who:
  • Does not bring their non-expired and valid KPU ID.
  • Does not bring government issued ID.
  • Arrives after 1:50 p.m. on March 28^th at the event location
