KPU Int: Social Insurance Number (SIN) Workshop

This session will be presented by a Service Canada representative and is intended for new international students only. It will be held during the in-person Orientation day at the Surrey campus.

It will cover all the essential information about the Social Insurance Number (SIN), one of the mandatory documents required to legally work in Canada. In addition to learning about the SIN application process, students will also have the opportunity to apply for a SIN on the spot during the session. Normally, applicants are required to apply in person at a Service Canada office.
