Looking for ways to improve your health and wellbeing? Want to make new connections on campus? Do you want to gain skills to help you become more resilient student? The KPU Peer Resilience Team will be hosting THREE STUDENT-LED workshops this semester. Topics include healthy behaviours, mindfulness, gratitude, happiness, and much more! 


The workshops are FREE, with NO REGISTRATION required. Just show up on the following days from 11:30AM-1PM in Fir 126:

  • Monday May 13th à Happiness, Gratitude & Mindfulness
  • Monday June 3rdà Healthy Lifestyles & Nature
  • Monday July 8thà Social Connection
