Looking for ways to improve your health and wellbeing? Want to make new connections on campus? Do you want to gain skills to help you become more resilient student?

The KPU Peer Resilience Program will be hosting SIX workshops this semester focused on healthy behaviours, mindfulness, gratitude, happiness, and much more! And guess what? The workshops are led by KPU students just like you!

The workshops will be on the Surrey campus, they are FREE to participate, and there is no registration required! Just show up on the following days from 1-3PM in the Surrey Main Building Room 2810:
