The KPU Peer Resilience Program will be hosting THREE workshops this semester in Richmond focused on healthy behaviours, mindfulness, gratitude, happiness, and much more! And guess what? The workshops are led by KPU students just like you!
The workshops are FREE to participate and there is no registration required! Just show up to Room 1690 on the Richmond Campus from 12-1:30PM!
