University life is exciting, but it can also be quite stressful and overwhelming! Take a quick break from your studies to prioritize your mental wellbeing by attending the 4th Annual Student Mental Health Fair!

Time: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Location: KPU Surrey Cedar Conference Center

Whether you are looking for stress management tips, mindfulness activities, information about counselling services, or even student clubs to get involved in, you'll find it here! 

Drop in anytime between 11:30AM and 1:30PM to speak with representatives from KPU, the KSA and community organizations about tools, strategies and resources that can support your mental health while balancing classes, work and life! 

Plus, enjoy free pizza & snacks, take photos at the photobooth, pick up some freebies, and meet other students who care about fostering a supportive campus!
