To Enter the Contest:
Entrants must:

- Fill out the form below by 7:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on July 8, 2023 to receive one (1) contest entry (an "Entry").
Contest Details:
- KPU Brewing swag bag including one growler jug, one pint glass, baseball hat, t-shirt, water bottle, bottle opener and coasters (retail value $75)
- Must be 19 years of age or older (government-issued photo ID will be required)
- Contest opens Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 2:00 pm
- Contest closes Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 7:00 pm
- Winner randomly drawn on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 10:00 am
- Winning entrant must respond by 3 pm on July 14, 2023 to claim the prize or another name will be drawn
