VIDEO: Former Chair of ALC talks Agriculture at KPU Richmond

Mr. Richard Bullock, the former Chair of BC's Agricultural Land Commission, Okanagan farmer, and long-time proponent of BC agriculture,

spoke at KPU Richmond on July 28th, 2015. Mr.Bullock shared his vision for a strong BC agriculture future and answered questions from the public.
