Human Resources Management

We offer an applied-learning approach based on the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) required competency framework. The CPHR BC & Yukon has set a foundation for HR excellence within Canada and internationally.

Who Should Pursue a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management?
We've designed our program for adult learners with a bachelor-level degree or experience, such as mid-level managers wanting to upgrade their skills, recent graduates seeking a specialization in Human Resources Management or career professionals looking to transition into the human resources field. This program also offers an opportunity for international students with a degree looking to upgrade their skills and obtain a Canadian credential or wanting to leverage their educational experience to ready themselves for work in the Canadian marketplace.

Pursuing the Post Baccalaureate Diploma in HR at KPU has been transformative for my career.
