Pursuing the Post Baccalaureate Diploma in HR at KPU has been transformative for my career. Coming with no prior HR experience, the program touched on all core areas of HR, giving me a strong foundation to grow. The smaller class size in the course gave me the personalized attention that I was looking for. The applied learning approach of the program helped me polish my skills. What stood out for me in my journey was the guidance and support from my professors. Their creativity made the classes very engaging, while preparing me for real world HR challenges. I not only strengthened my HR knowledge but also honed my HR skills set, which has been valuable in my career journey.

Looking back, what really helped me reach my goals was to think differently- approaching the challenges with new perspectives, in a way no one has done before. That mindset, along with positive attitude and consistent efforts made all the difference.
