Landscape construction

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Intermediate Landscape Construction Worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has previous experience in landscape construction and is comfortable working independently as well as alongside a crew. 

Responsibilities: 

• Installation of patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
• Site preparation, grading, and excavation Installation of drainage systems
• Reading and interpreting basic landscape plans and measurements
• Operation of landscaping equipment and power tools Loading, unloading, and handling construction materials
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Assisting crew leaders with project completion and quality control 

Qualifications: 

• 2–5 years of landscape construction experience
• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, and hardscaping
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment is considered an asset Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation: 

$30-45 per hour plus a new profit share system being rolled out -  to be determined based on some  on-site positions.  All is based on experience and qualifications.
