Botanica Design is offering a full-time Skilled Landscape Gardener position maintaining private residential gardens across Greater Vancouver. This role is ideal for individuals looking to expand their plant knowledge while working in beautifully designed landscapes. Botanica Design takes a natural approach to garden care, with no lawn maintenance required. Responsibilities include pruning and trimming, blowing debris and cleaning properties, weeding and raking garden beds, applying bark mulch, planting gardens and containers, and monitoring plant health while reporting any issues to a supervisor. Competitive wages are offered based on experience, along with health benefits. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends and statutory holidays off, and there are opportunities to travel for out-of-town projects. Candidates should have a genuine interest in plants; horticulture education and/or experience is preferred, though training is available for the right candidate. Applicants must be professional, reliable, physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, able to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable, detail oriented, legally able to work in Canada, and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license. This position is based in Greater Vancouver.
