This project gave me valuable hands-on experience in cellular and molecular biology and helped me grow more confident in the lab. I learned how to adapt to real challenges like delays in supplies and adjusting protocols and gained a deeper appreciation for how research unfolds in a real-world setting. It also strengthened my interest in antiviral research and the potential of natural compounds like allicin. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity, the support I received, and all the skills I’ve developed through this grant.
