Limited intake programs may require official hardcopy transcripts (final or interim grades) for admission purposes.

For open intake programs, BC high school students need to complete and submit the Post-Secondary Institutions Selections Form online by May 1st to ensure KPU receives your grades from the Ministry of Education.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Official transcripts are the academic records from a high school or post-secondary institution an applicant attended. An official transcript can be requested from a provincial department of education, a secondary or post-secondary institution. Official transcripts must be received in a sealed school envelope bearing an official stamp or seal or they will be deemed unofficial.
