Dr. Levente Orbán and his Bee Cognition Lab are launching a new Virtual Reality lab to study visual processing in flying animals such as bumblebees and hummingbirds. The lab features the latest cutting-edge technology in object tracking and closed-loop, high-throughput Virtual Reality. The research problems this lab investigates relate to how the brain evolved to make sense of the visual world.
