In response to a recent survey, 95.5% of Graphic Design for Marketing Alumni are currently employed, and 84% currently employed in Graphic Design (with key specialties in Brand, Strategy and Marketing, Social Media, Packaging and UI/UX)
Today, the visual communication design field is broader than ever, and graphic designers have a wide range of career opportunities. Our graduates create brand identities for corporations, launch marketing campaigns for non-profits, and create everything from product packaging to websites to retail displays.
Our graduates go on to launch successful careers as:
● Generalist graphic designers for corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations and agencies. Our graduates often hold general marketing or communications roles that draw on their graphic design skills.
● Specialist graphic designers. Our students are exposed to graphic design specialties such as UX and UI design, packaging design, advertising design and display design. Many go on to hold specialized roles in these areas.
● In-house graphic designers for large corporations or institutions with their own marketing communications department.
● Freelance or entrepreneur designers: Our graduates have the business and marketing savvy needed to launch their own businesses.
