Description:
In this Study Abroad virtual Info Session, we will explain more about global learning opportunities and scholarships to help with the costs. This is a great opportunity to learn more of what is available and next steps for the application.
The info session is made virtual so that you can conveniently join from wherever you are during your lunch break. Please join muted with your camera off as this session will be recorded. There will be a time after the session is over and the recording has stopped, to unmute and show your camera for the question/answer period.
For this session, we will walk you through the exciting programs (e.g., exchange abroad, virtual internship, virtual courses, summer school, field school, etc.) we offer here at KPU Study Abroad as well as scholarship funds to help support the experiences. Our student assistant who is also a study abroad alumni will be joining to share tips and answer questions. Whether you are an international or domestic student, funding and support is available for you! We will also be especially going over what UMAP is all about and the scholarships available that can be up to $10,200 CA for a semester or $14,7000 for 2 exchange semesters abroad. September 5, 2023 is our upcoming deadline for a UMAP Spring 2024 exchange abroad to a partner in the Asia Pacific. More information on the partners for this time can be found here .
