IEW 2014: Celebrating Canada’s Engagement with the World
Celebrating Canada’s Engagement with the World” is Canada’s theme for IEW 2014. It underscores the value that Canadians place on connecting with the world through studying abroad, internationalized curricula, and international service, and on opening the world to Canada by welcoming international elementary, secondary, and postsecondary students, promoting international exchanges, and encouraging qualified foreign students to make Canada their new home. Canada is joining over 100 countries around the globe to celebrate IEW. IEW is designed to showcase the significant contribution that international education makes in preparing Canadians for the global worlds and supports Canada's efforts to engage effectively on the international stage.

CBIE Launches Exciting Videos to Celebrate International Education Week - Click here to watch the videos
The Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) is pleased to honour International Education Week (IEW) by releasing a series of videos showing why Canada is world class education destination. Presented in English, French, Arabic and Portuguese, each of two different videos features a unique facet of Canada: one focuses on the Canada’s culture and ideals – what makes it a fun, multicultural country in which to study, live, work and play, and the other highlights the Canadian school system and its major advantages.
