Join KPU Brewing instructor Martina Solano Bielen for an 'Ask Me Anything' session on July 27 to explore the science of beer. Martina has a Masters of Science from McGill University, studied Brewing Microbiology at the Siebel Institute of Technology, and completed her brewing diploma with the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD). She's also an award-winning brewer!
Martina loves teaching students about microbiology and the elements of beer that can't be seen with the naked eye. She's a firm believer that once someone understands the properties of yeast and science of brewing, they'll be better equipped to make great beer.
So, if you're interested in learning more, join Martina on July 27 to ask your questions. She'll also be joined by Liam Bagshaw from KPU's Future Students Office who can answer any program admissions questions.
