Welcome to the PDEC Sponsorship/Event Fund!
We are pleased to announce that the President's Diversity and Equity Committee Sponsorship/ Event fund has been renewed for 2022-23! We are also updating our process for accepting applications, eliminating term-by-term deadlines and instead inviting submissions on a rolling basis. Starting June 1, 2022, applications may be submitted by the first of each month in which PDEC meets, for events and projects taking place anytime within the subsequent 11 months. See the PDEC Sponsorship Guidelines 2022 for further details.
PDEC meetings take place from September to November and January to June, usually on the second Thursday of each month. If the first of the month falls on a weekend, the deadline will be the following Monday.
