Jeremy Switzer
Executive M.B.A. (Cornell and Queen’s Universities), B.Sc. (Cell Biotechnology, U.o.A.), Dip. Brewing (U.C. Davis), Applied Project Management (S.F.U.)
A seasoned brewing professional and operations leader, Jeremy began his career in 2007, gaining extensive experience in quality, operations, continuous improvement, project management, and plant management across various beverage sectors. His professional journey includes significant roles at Alley Kat Brewing, Labatt Canada (ABInBev), Mark Anthony Group, and Craft Collective, before transitioning into the plant-based beverage, milk, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries in Managing Director and Director of Operations roles.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science with specialization in Cell Biotechnology from the University of Alberta (2005), Diploma of Brewing — Master Brewers from UC Davis with IBD accreditation (2007), an Applied Project Management Diploma from Simon Fraser University (2014), and a dual-degree Executive MBA from Cornell and Queen's Universities (2020).
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys hiking, gardening, good food, and a large variety of beers — not always in that order. His go-tos range from old world, traditional, hand-pulled English and German ales to standout BC craft brews, often from local favourites like Four Winds, Hoyne, and Dageraad.
The beer industry has always resonated with Jeremy for the ‘science-applied-meets-art’ — and because it can bring a bit of joy to life, when enjoyed responsibly!
