COVID-19 Update: As KPU takes steps to minimize risk and exposure to the COVID-19 virus for students and employees, we are temporarily suspending out fitness centres operations at all KPU campuses. This includes all activities in the gym as well as all fitness classes. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to our fitness centres when we are able to resume regular operations.

Daily movement, eating nutritiously, and getting adequate sleep will contribute to your success as a student. Most importantly, physical wellness is about discovering what healthy habits make you feel better and suit your lifestyle, level of mobility and current state of health. Physical wellness is a continuous process - we keep reaching for it and improving throughout our lives. Take care of your body for optimal health and functioning.
