Youth Street SquadSurreyThe City of Surrey invites youth volunteers ages 16 to 21 to be a part of the Street Squad and help spread the word about fun upcoming events, programs, contests, giveaways and more. Email Jessica Danyk for more information.

Youth Centres, Surrey: With over seven locations, youth in Surrey can always find a place to come and hang out with friends, play foosball and enjoy other activities.

Youth Health Clinics, Lower Mainland: Youth clinics are free and confidential, and offer counselling and support on all medical, health, sexual and wellness-related issues.

Youth Groups and Youth Councils, Surrey: Youth can get plugged into several different groups within the City of Surrey. There are opportunities for youth involvement in city planning, leadership, art projects, environmental issues and more.

Youth FridaysSurrey: Youth Fridays provides youth groups who want to host an event or activity with the opportunity to meet in a space on Friday nights at the North Surrey Recreation Centre. Email June for more information.

DIVERSEcity's Youth Integration Program (YIP), Surrey: YIP matches youth ages 13 to 18 who are new to Canada with a buddy to help them explore and experience local culture, historical sites, informative training and fun activities.

Youth KRU, Surrey: Youth Knowledge, Resources and Understanding (Youth KRU) is a new youth program at the Alexandra Neighbourhood House in Surrey. The program is funded by Service Canada and provides practical work experience, life and skills training for 10 youth participants. Contact the Neighbourhood House for more information.
