Heinz Avendano, M.A.
Through 30 years of engineering, manufacturing, and executive experience in local and multinational companies, Heinz discovered his greatest passion for people and human behavior. This passion took him down a new career path and he became an Organizational Psychologist Consultant and Business Professor at Kwantlen University in Vancouver. He has helped hundreds of professionals to increase their awareness and unleash their true potential. He is a regular contributor to EMC (Excellence Manufacturing Consortium), either as a facilitator or as a webinar presenter. He holds a master's degree in organizational psychology from Adler University and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Mexico. Heinz has been a speaker at American and European Manufacturing Strategies Summits and published the Journal: People-centred manufacturing during a global pandemic: A story of success and resilience.
