An empowering workshop for SMEs and global corporation frontline workers in HR, communications, marketing, and People and Culture on how to support neurodivergent hires and potential applicants in the hospitality and service industries. This hands-on workshop will enable workers to gain practical skills and strategies for transitioning successfully into the workforce or into different positions in the workplace.
This course is available for StrongerBC future skills grant between September 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026. The course must have a start date between Sept 1 - Feb 28 to be eligible for funding. Please contact CPS@kpu.ca on how to apply.

Instructor Bio
Guillermo Serrano is an instructor, researcher, and consultant specializing in talent management, inclusive recruitment, and neurodiversity in the workplace. With over 15 years of national and international experience across corporations, startups, and non-profits, he brings a global perspective to organizational challenges.
Academically, Guillermo holds an MBA in Human Resources and is completing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA, all but dissertation) with a research focus on neurodiversity inclusion and labour migration. He has also published scholarly work on neuroinclusion in the workplace.
