Hiring: Faculty in Sustainable Agriculture

KPU invites applications for a full time regular faculty position in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems in Richmond, BC. Areas of expertise appropriate for this position include but are not limited to agroecology and cropping/farm systems, agronomic crop production, forage production and pasture management, market crop production, and agricultural economics and farm business management.

Through a multidisciplinary, integrated approach KPU’s Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems programs are committed to providing resources through applied research and teaching and facilitating collaboration, learning and innovation to advance sustainable food systems as an integral and foundational element of sustainable communities. Preferred candidates will have a PhD and proven track-record of quality teaching, applied research and community/ industry engagement and should be prepared to lead and/or contribute to KPU sustainable agriculture and food systems education, research and outreach programming.
