Concord Parking provides parking management services for all Kwantlen Polytechnic University campuses. Concord Parking uses license plate recognition (LPR) enforcement, so there's no need to display your parking permit. Overnight parking is not allowed.

Why should I buy a long-term parking permit?
Annual and semester long-term parking permits offer significant savings compared with paying hourly or daily rates.
| Permit Type | Amount | Duration | When Available |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $58.00 | Calendar month only | Anytime |
| Semester | $190.00 | Fall, Spring, or Summer | One week before the start of the semester |
| Annual | $440.00 | Sept. 1 to Aug. 31 | One week before the start of the Fall semester |
Estimated savings per semester (based on 2 hours/day, 4 days/week for 15 weeks)
- Semester permit ($190) — saves about $290 compared with hourly rates ($480)
- Monthly permits ($232 for 4 months) — saves about $248 compared with hourly rates
- Annual permit ($440) — works out to roughly $147 per semester
*Hourly calculation: $4 × 2 hours × 4 days × 15 weeks = $480. Daily rate ($10) would total $600 over the same period.
Most full-time students are on campus more than just class time. Even if you only park two hours a day, four days a week, a semester permit is usually the best value and gives you the freedom to stay longer for studying, group work, or labs without watching the clock.
If you only need to drive to campus on certain days, the monthly permit still offers solid savings and the same flexibility. Students taking classes year-round (Fall, Spring and Summer) often find the annual permit the most economical option overall.
To purchase a student e-Permit you need your vehicle license plate number and a valid credit or debit card. Your e-Permit is valid for non-reserved parking stalls during regular university hours Monday to Friday and can be used for reserved parking stalls after 4 p.m. Monday to Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sunday.
Your e-Permit is valid at KPU Surrey, KPU Richmond, KPU Langley, and KPU Tech. Parking is first-come, first-served. Purchasing an e-Permit does not guarantee a parking stall on any campus.
Your responsibilities as a permit holder
Permit holders are responsible for managing their own accounts, including cancellations and license plate updates. License plates with outstanding violations cannot be registered or updated until all violations are paid.
Monthly permits renew automatically on the 1st of each month until cancelled. Semester and annual permits do not renew automatically. To cancel a monthly permit, log into your Concord Parking account and set an end date. Semester and annual permits are non-refundable in part or in whole.
