Concord Parking provides parking management services for all Kwantlen Polytechnic University campuses. Concord Parking uses license plate recognition (LPR) enforcement, so there's no need to display your parking permit. Overnight parking is not allowed.

Student permits can be purchased online through the Concord Parking's customer portal.
KPU offers monthly, semester and annual e-Permits, for KPU Students:

To purchase a student e-Permit you need your vehicle license plate number and a valid credit card/debit card. Your e-Permit is valid for non-reserved parking stalls during regular university hours Monday to Friday and can be used for Reserved parking stalls after 4pm Monday to Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sunday.
Your e-Permit is valid for KPU Surrey, KPU Richmond, KPU Langley and KPU Tech. Parking is first-come, first-served and purchasing an e-Permit does not guarantee you a parking stall on any campus.
Monthly e-Permits renew automatically on the 1st of each month, unless cancelled. Renewable monthly e-Permits must be cancelled before the 20th of the month to prevent renewal for the following month. We do not reimburse monthly permits if not cancelled by the 20th. Permit holders are responsible for managing their own accounts, including cancellations.
NOTE: Semester and annual e-Permits do not renew automatically
