Hourly and daily parking is available for all non-reserved parking stalls on all KPU campuses. Overnight parking is not allowed.
- Hourly: $4.00 per hour
- Daily: $10.00 per day
When purchasing hourly or daily parking, you must enter your license plate number into the pay station. You do not have to display your receipt or parking permit on your vehicle.
Hourly and daily parking permits can be purchased with PayByPhone or SMRTpass, or using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or coins ($0.25, $1, and $2 coins only) at any campus pay station.

Daily parking permits are valid for parking at KPU Surrey, KPU Richmond, KPU Langley and KPU Tech.
Parking at KPU Civic Plaza
Parking for KPU Civic Plaza is not part of the campus. The parkade is public parking for Surrey City Hall and Civic Plaza, and parking rates are set by the City of Surrey.
Daily parking permits from KPU Surrey, KPU Richmond, KPU Langley and KPU Tech do not work at KPU Civic Plaza.

You can extend the length of your parking session without returning to your vehicle through the PayByPhone app or online. Additional mobile phone charges may apply depending on your phone carrier and plan.
When using PayByPhone, the licence plate and campus location for your payment must match the licence plate and campus location for your vehicle in the parking space. If they do not match, you can be ticketed. Verify your licence plate before confirming your payment. PayByPhone campus location numbers:
