Daily parking permits are valid for parking at KPU Surrey, KPU Richmond, KPU Langley and KPU Tech. Hourly and daily parking is available for all non-reserved parking stalls on all KPU campuses. Overnight parking is not allowed.
- Hourly: $4.00 per hour
- Daily: $10.00 per day
When purchasing hourly or daily parking, you must enter your license plate number into the pay station. You do not have to display your receipt or parking permit on your vehicle.
Hourly and daily parking permits can be purchased with PayByPhone or SMRTpass, or using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or coins ($0.25, $1, and $2 coins only) at any campus pay station.
Due to rising operational and maintenance costs, along with continued enhancements to parking infrastructure, an hourly and daily parking rate increase came into effect May 1, 2026.
