What is the difference between a Reserved and Non-reserved parking permit?
Reserved parking permit holders can park in reserved and non-reserved parking stalls at any time.
Non-reserved permit holders can park in non-reserved parking stalls during regular University hours (M-F, 7am-4pm) and can park in reserved stalls after 4pm, Monday to Friday, and anytime Saturday and Sunday.
I bought an e-Permit. What happens if campus parking is full?
Parking on KPU campuses is first-come, first-served and purchasing an e-Permit does not guarantee you a parking stall on any campus. If parking on campus is not available, you will need to find alternate parking.
The Intercampus Shuttle is available to travel between KPU Surrey, KPU Tech and KPU Langley as an alternative to driving to campus. Limited intercampus shuttle service between KPU Surrey and KPU Richmond is available. Check out the latest campus shuttle schedule for more information.
Why doesn't my e-Permit work at KPU Civic Plaza?
Unfortunately, parking for KPU Civic Plaza is not part of our campus. The parkade is public parking for Surrey City Hall and Civic Plaza, and parking rates are set by the City of Surrey.
This is why parking permits for KPU Surrey, KPU Richmond, KPU Langley and KPU Tech do not work at KPU Civic Plaza.

How do I cancel my monthly permit?
You can cancel your monthly permit online through your Concord Parking account. Cancellations must be received by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
Semester and annual permits are non-refundable, in part or whole.
How do I change the license plate for my E-Permit?
You can update your license plate(s) in your Concord Parking account or by contacting Concord Parking Support.
Do I need to pay for parking for my motorcycle or scooter?
Motorcycles and scooters parked in designated motorcycle/scooter parking stalls are not required to purchase a parking permit. If you park in a non-designated parking stall, you must purchase a parking permit.
