KPU Brew Lab Public Beer Sales
The KPU Brew Lab is open to the public every Thursday from 12-1pm (NEW) and Friday from 1-6pm for sales of our award-winning and student-brewed craft beers available in 6-packs, growler fills and kegs. The beer menu changes weekly (see some of the styles listed below), so we recommend you follow us on social media (@KPUBrew) for the latest updates on beer selections, as well as any changes to our opening hours (e.g., stat holidays, special events, closures, etc.).

Open to the public on Thursdays 12-1pm (NEW) and Fridays from 1-6pm for beer sales (except Statutory Holidays and KPU closures).

Jelly Farm | Student Signature Series A modern Saison fermented with dry to highlight peppery, citrus notes and hops that add a floral aromas for a bright, refreshing finish.

Note: Beer styles subject to change. The KPU Brew Lab makes small batch craft beers, so we apologize if any of the styles listed happen to sell out early.
Student Signature Series Beers
Each year, second-year students release their capstone project Signature Series beers. These limited-edition beers are released one at a time on Friday sales days and typically sell out quickly. The 2026 Series sales have ended at the KPU Brew Lab for this year but there are two more events where you can get the 2026 Signature Series beers:
- April 9 | 5:00-9:00pm | The Barley Merchant in Langley — only place to enjoy Signature Series by the flight
- April 9 | 1:00-3:30pm | Everything Wine in Langley — only location to purchase all six Signature beers in one place

DID YOU KNOW: KPU Brewing was named BREWERY OF THE YEAR at the 2019 BC Beer Awards and tied second overall in the top brewing schools in North America at the 2024 US Open College Beer Championship where KPU won two gold and one silver medal? We also won bronze at the 2024 and 2022 Canadian Brewing Awards; bronze at the 2024 Canada Beer Cup (CBC), gold at the 2023 CBC, and one gold and two bronze wins at the 2022 CBC; as well as 2nd place at the 2025 BC Beer Awards and 3rd place at the 2024 and 2022 BC Beer Awards!

Tours & Tastings
No tours are scheduled at this time. Please check our Information Session page or click here to join our mailing list for updates on upcoming KPU Brew Lab brewery tours and events.
When available, pre-booked brewery tours with tastings are $20 per person (min. 4 guests). Visit KPU's custom-built teaching brewery where Brewing Diploma students learn to brew on a state-of-the-art NSI Newlands pilot brewing system.
