Coast Mountain Brewing is looking for a talented Brewer to join our team in Whistler. We are a small but mighty group of passionate, award-winning brewers creating some of the tastiest beers around, and we are looking for someone who not only loves brewing but loves the great outdoors. What You'll Be Doing :
- Brewing tasty beer to our recipes and standards
- Milling grain and handling raw materials
- Fermentation monitoring, yeast handling, dry hopping, and transfers
- Running and helping on canning and kegging days
- Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, hoses, kegs, and equipment
- General brewery and warehouse cleaning and upkeep
- Shipping, receiving, and organizing materials
- Taking care of tools, parts, and brewery equipment
- Daily beer checks and basic quality control
Experience and Skills:
- Formal education, and or at least 2 years of brewery or production brewing experience
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting 25 kg
- Clean, organized, and detail-focused
- Reliable, on time, and easy to work with
- Works well solo and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence
Cares about beer, quality, and doing things properly
Pay Range : $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience
