We are located in the heart of Squamish, where we can brew great beer and enjoy the amazing nature in Sea to Sky country. We are currently seeking a full-time brewer to join our production team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks associated with brewing great and consistent craft beers, from milling to fermentation
- Carry out cellaring taskings including dry hopping, transfers, carbonation
- Perform thorough sanitation of fermenters and bright tanks
- Package finished beer in keg and can formats
- Conduct routine measurements of beer including gravity and pH
- Conduct sensory evaluations such as diacetyl and DMS
- Packaging of beer in kegs
- Operating canning line
Experience and Skills:
- Love of craft beer!
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Ekos brewery management software is a bonus
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts
Pay Range: $45,000-$52,000 per year
