Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery & Brewing/Distilling Production Assistant to support daily production operations and product deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing physical tasks with production support in a fast-paced environment.
Delivery & Logistics
- Safely load, transport, and deliver products to customers, distributors, or partner locations
- Ensure accurate delivery documentation and collect signatures when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and order preparation
Brewing & Production Support
- Assist with brewing/distilling and production processes, including ingredient preparation and equipment setup
- Support cleaning and sanitizing of brewing and production equipment
- Package finished products (kegging, bottling, canning, labeling)
- Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation standards General Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
- Assist with receiving and storing raw materials
- Perform other production or warehouse-related tasks as needed
** This role starts as a delivery/warehouse position that could lead into brewing/distilling assistant **
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Previous brewing, production, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus (but not required)
