Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Brewmaster to lead all aspects of brewing operations. The ideal candidate is a creative and technically skilled professional who can craft exceptional beers, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and lead in a fast-paced brewery environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and maintain core and seasonal beer recipes
- Oversee all brewing operations from grain to glass
- Manage production schedules to meet distribution and taproom demand
- Monitor fermentation processes and maintain detailed batch records Ensure consistent product quality and flavour profiles
- Oversee inventory management of ingredients and supplies
- Work within production budgets and control costs
- Maintain brewing equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
Experience and Skills:
- Professional brewing experience
- Formal brewing education or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of brewing science, yeast management, and quality control
- Experience with production-scale brewing systems
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work in a production environment
Pay Range: Min $30.00 per hour
