Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Lead Production Brewer to join our team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact, ideal for someone with brewing experience who is ready to take charge of day-to-day production and play a key role in strengthening systems, consistency, and output. You’ll be working closely with a small team and ownership, with the opportunity to directly influence product quality, improve processes, and contribute to new product development. The scope of this role will scale based on experience, from hands-on production execution to full ownership of production and systems.

Growth Opportunity:
This role is intended to take ownership of day-to-day production operations. For the right candidate with strong experience, there is potential to step into a Head Brewer role from the outset, with the opportunity to take full ownership of production, systems, and quality. For other candidates, there is a clear path to transitioning into a Head Brewer position as the brewery continues to grow and systems are built out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wort production: milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, knockout
- Fermentation management, dry hopping, and yeast handling
- Cellaring operations: transfers, carbonation, tank
- CIP Packaging: canning line operation and kegging
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation across all production areas Inventory management of raw materials
Experience and Skills:
What We’re Looking For:
- Brewing education and/or minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of brewing fundamentals and production workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness
- Comfortable in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment (lifting 25kg+)
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Organized and proficient in Google Workspace.
- BrewNinja software experience is an asset
- Genuine interest in craft beer and brewing

Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000 Annually
