Post a Co-op Job

New Co-op job posting

If you have a Co-op job that you would like posted for the upcoming semester(s), there are two ways to do so:

1 - Post directly to Career Connection

2 - Email the job description to

For any option be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

Job Description
  • Include all duties, responsibilities and qualifications
  • If sending as an attachment, Word is preferred (.doc or .docx), PDF format is OK
  • Full-time/part-time

Posting information

  • Date to close the posting
  • Date you would like to begin reviewing applications
  • Contact person
  • Number of positions available
  • Approximate date to start interviews
  • Possibility of extension

Position length

  • 4, 8, or 12 months,
  • Start and end date of the position
Required Documents
  • Cover letter
  • Resume
  • List of references
  • Transcripts
  • Sample work
  • Other
Additional information
  • Specific requirements
  • Preferred academic program
  • Apply directly to your website
  • Specialized testing

Reposting the same position for a different semester?

  • Email
  • Include your employer name, job title, semester when the position was posted, and any changes/modifications
  • If the job description is the same, we will find it and post it for you. If there are any changes, feel free to send us an updated version.
