Welcome to Co-operative Education!
KPU is about experiential learning—where thought meets action. Apply for a co-op program to alternate between study and paid work semesters, using your course knowledge and skills on the job. The Career Development Centre on the Surrey campus collaborates with successful businesses to create exciting work experiences for you in your field of choice. Not only will you earn a competitive wage and gain practical experience, you’ll be able to explore various roles within your chosen industry. Co-operative education options are currently available in a variety of programs—from accounting and criminology to entrepreneurial leadership and environmental protection. You’ll also hone the much sought-after “soft skills,” networking, and job search techniques that will help you land your dream position. Register for an info session to find out more.
The Career Development Centre is located in the Surrey Main room 136. Please click here for the location map.
