At KPU, small class sizes of 35 students enable us to excel at offering both paid and unpaid Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) with more than 5500+ student experiences in the past year.
What is work integrated learning?
It’s learning opportunities that connect classroom learning with real world workplace experience. Through activities such as co-op, internship placements and applied projects, students have the opportunity to develop practical skills, explore career pathways and apply their knowledge in a professional setting.
What makes work integrated learning so important?
It allows students to connect theory to practice and gain valuable experience before entering the workforce. It enhances employability, develops critical soft-skills, strengthens confidence and provides opportunities to learn from professionals while making meaningful contributions in the field of study.
