Get in Line Online

Avoid waiting in line with KPQueue. KPQueue replaces physical lines at KPU Richmond and Surrey, allowing you to roam freely while you wait wherever you want, however you want. KPQueue simply alerts you on your phone as your turn is approaching.

  2. If the location offers more than one service, you will get a text back asking what service you would like to line up for
  3. Reply with the service you need
  4. You are now lined up and will continue to receive updates about your wait time and when you are next in line

On Campus

Student Enrolment Services at KPU Richmond and Surrey each have an on-site service kiosk where you can enter your name and/or cell phone number to hold your spot in line.

  • Enter your name at the kiosk to hold your spot and watch the monitors in our service area to know when you're next
  • Optionally, enter your cell phone number and we will text you about the wait times and let you know when you are next in line
