Nutrition Month 2024

Join KPU as we celebrate Nutrition Month, a month-long initiative dedicated to supporting student's overall nutrition & wellbeing!

KPU will be providing KPU students free breakfast every day of the week throughout the month of March. Start your day off right with a nutritious and delicious meal to fuel your body and mind for a successful day of learning! Check out the calendar below to see when breakfast is available on your campus!

The Student Health Promotion team will also be hosting a series of food skill workshops titled "KPU Kitchen". Students will learn how to prepare a simple, slow-cooker meal on a budget. And guess what? Each participant who attends will get a $50 Walmart gift-card and all of the ingredients needed to make a meal at home! The workshops will be led by a Registered Dietitian and will teach you valuable skills you can apply everyday! Plus, dinner is on us!

WORKSHOPS HAVE OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT! Any questions can be directed to Megan Matthews, Manager Student Health Promotion, at megan.matthews@kpu.ca

We understand that as students, there are a number of financial constraints that may prevent you from accessing nutritious food. We know many of you are dealing with food insecurity and we believe that access to healthy food is necessary for overall health and wellbeing!
