Health & Wellness for Students

KPU would like to support you to think and do more about your overall wellness. We believe the more we engage with one another about wellness, the better we are as individuals working and going to school in our community. At KPU, we have adopted six dimensions of wellness; emotional wellness, mental wellness, financial wellness, physical wellness, social wellness and spiritual wellness. While all dimensions of health and wellness need our attention to truly thrive, the goal is to find a personal harmony with the dimensions that are most authentic for you. Each of these dimensions forms a piece of the wellness pie.

Click the icons below to explore each dimension of wellness, and discover the many resources and services that KPU provides to support you.
