KPU Thrive Month 2026

By definition, thriving means "to grow vigorously, to flourish, and to progress towards or reach a goal despite or because of circumstances"

Every year in October, KPU celebrates THRIVE, which is a series of events, workshops and activities that focus on supporting positive health and wellbeing for students, staff, and faculty.

In a world that often feels fast-paced and demanding, finding balance can be easier said than done. This year's Thrive Month theme is Finding Balance in a Busy World and encourages us all to pause, reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect with what matters most.

Balance looks different for everyone. Whether it's time to build meaningful connections, moving your body, setting boundaries, prioritizing rest, or seeking support when you need it, Thrive Month is an opportunity to explore the practices that help you feel your best.

Throughout October, we invite the entire KPU community to participate in the wide variety of events and activities that are taking place! This year's schedule is packed with opportunities to connect, recharge, and have fun! No matter how you choose to participate, take advantage of the time to prioritize your wellbeing, connect with your community, and discover the many resources and supports available at KPU.
