As of May 9, 2022, KPU students will be able to submit requests to hold events on KPU campuses.
A Student-led Event is any on-campus event that is organized by a student or student group and not organized by KPU Faculty, KPU departments, or external organizations. This includes students who need to book space on campus for course projects.
All student-led events are approved by Student Services. We assist with booking space, promotions, and coordinating equipment, working directly with Facilities Services.

NOTE: Applications should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. Please note that requests are subject to blackout dates for major University events such as Convocation and Orientation. It is advisable that you do not book catering services or advertise your events until you have received confirmation that your event request has been approved.
