Call IT at 2116 and report urgent issues directly. The Library Systems team will receive a copy of your job submission so there is no need to contact them.
- Internet is down
- Workflows is down
- Summon is down
- All public printers at your campus are down
- All Wyse clients at your campus are down
- Teaching station in lab is down and an orientation is pending
If it is after hours, follow the instructions for selecting the 'mission critical' prompt (an IT manager will followup with you - so make sure to leave your local for the call back):
