Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia and her Masters of Laws (Law and Society) from the University of Victoria. Her thesis focuses on Indigenous peoples’ rights in International Law and explores how globalization is affecting Indigenous rights advocacy. Her research interests include Aboriginal Law, International Human Rights Law, Canadian Constitutional Law, and Globalization.
