Creativity That Sells
This two-year, full-time diploma (60 credits) puts you right in the mix: styling shoots, building campaigns, reading trends, and deciding what makes it onto the shelf.
You’ll work retail hours in your first year, complete a placement with a professional fashion brand, and even plan and run a live fashion event of your own, right down to the budget, venue, and media releases.
At The KPU Wilson School of Design, creativity and commerce work side by side, preparing you for an industry that never sits still.
Program Highlights
- Applications open October 1 and close March 1. Apply early, since space in the program is limited.
- We only admit a select group of new students per year, so class sizes stay small and your instructors really get to know your work.
- This is a rigorous, full-time program, but you can adjust your elective schedule to finish while working.
- You’ll get industry exposure early. There’s a retail requirement in year one, and a 120-hour placement inside an apparel marketing organization in year two.
- Graduates can ladder straight into the third year of one of KPU's Bachelor of Business Administration programs, or a one-year top-up degree at Nottingham Trent University in the UK.
- Graduates go on to work with apparel companies, retailers, distributors, and marketers. Or they follow their own path as a freelancer or entrepreneur.
